How do I book a session?
To book, complete the enquiry form on this website or email info@avocatoandco.co.za. I'll get back to you with availability, answer any questions you may have, and help you choose the option that best suits your needs.

How far in advance should we enquire?
I recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially if you're planning a weekend wedding or booking during spring and summer. Popular dates can fill up months in advance, while portrait sessions generally offer more flexibility.

Do you photograph weddings outside Centurion?
Yes. I'm based in Centurion and photograph weddings throughout Gauteng. Travel within 120km is included in wedding bookings. If your venue is further away, I'll provide a clear travel quote upfront so there are no surprises later.
When will we receive our photos?
Every image is individually reviewed and professionally edited before delivery. Most galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks, although this may vary slightly during peak wedding season. Your images are delivered in a private online gallery where they can be viewed, shared and downloaded.
Can we customise a package?
Absolutely. Every wedding and session is a little different, so I'm happy to recommend a package based on your plans, coverage requirements and budget. Once I know more about your date, location and vision, I'll guide you toward the most suitable option.
How do we prepare for our session?
You don't need any experience in front of the camera. Most clients tell me they're nervous or unsure how to pose, and that's completely normal. I'll guide you where needed while keeping the experience relaxed and natural. The goal is to create photographs that feel genuine rather than forced.
For weddings, we’ll also communicate about timeline and any special shots you’d like.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are outlined in your booking agreement. If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll do my best to work with you.
We feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Absolutely. Most couples and families I photograph are not used to being in front of a camera. My approach is relaxed and lightly guided, with plenty of room for natural interaction and genuine moments. You don't need to know how to pose — that's my job.
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding and session is unique, so the final number of images varies. As a guide, portrait sessions typically include between 80 and 120 professionally edited images, while wedding galleries vary depending on the length and nature of the coverage. Rather than limiting your gallery to a set number, I deliver all of the best images from your session, carefully edited and ready to enjoy.
